We believe that our discipline, honesty, and integrity that brings us business; not lies, not exaggeration. Example, when paid by the hour, we dont cheat hours; in fact, we usually charge less hours to delight clients.

Strong desire to always learn
Each of us must share this common trait. KT facilitates this by giving out regular training sessions (including English and CSS training) to its engineers. KT also stimulates desire to learn by various financial incentives schemes.

Skill-wise, each of us happily share his/her knowledge to other engineers in the office. Everyone is set to improve, and this collective knowledge that makes us powerful.

Know why we are ahead against other developers

 

Please dont compare us with freelancers. Although not all of them, but in general how you can trust your code and data in their hands? And we've heard many freelancers just 'disappear' in the middle of a project.

Now compare us with developers in the US. Clearly, they cant match our price. According to an article in BusinessWeek.com, developers charge between 15k-50k to maintain a Facebook application, while we offer probably at least 75% cheaper than that. Dont have the budget?
